Responsibilities
- Edit long-form interviews, podcasts, and talking-head content
- Create short-form cutdowns optimized for social platforms
- Add pacing, captions, hooks, and packaging that improve watch time
- Organize project files, versions, and publishing assets cleanly
- Work fast on feedback and keep quality consistent across formats
- Flag stronger story angles, trims, and distribution-ready moments
Requirements
- Strong taste in editing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Experience editing for YouTube, podcasts, or founder and creator brands
- Confidence with modern editing tools and caption workflows
- A portfolio that shows both long-form judgment and short-form instincts
- Reliable communication and the ability to hit deadlines without hand-holding
